I know this post is a little late to the party but I figure at least some of you are last minute shoppers and it might serve as a little inspiration for your Father’s Day gifting! I polled a few dads around here and these are my recommendations based on their feedback. And while the first one might not make it to you by Sunday, the others are all available on Amazon for one day delivery – win!
The first words out of my husband’s mouth when I asked him about Father’s Day ideas were for these hand blown double old fashioned glasses. He received them as a gift a few years ago and they are his absolute favorite. He could go on and on about the weight of them and how they feel in his hand but I’ll just tell you – if your guy likes an Old Fashioned, he will LOVE this set!
This next option is another favorite and is very budget friendly. At under $25, the breakfast sandwich maker is a great gift! Our friends have one and love it so much they even bring it on vacations. It is very user friendly, extremely well-reviewed and includes recipe ideas. I know in our house, dad is usually in charge of weekend breakfasts and this gadget would be a huge hit for our entire family. If your guy likes gadgets, this is something I think he would love.
What’s a gift list without a good book? This one was recommended by a friend’s husband who is an avid non-fiction reader. I’m giving this to my dad and hoping he will bring it to Maine next month for some vacation reading. It looks like a great read and I might have to snag it to read for myself!
And lastly, everyone can use a good ole yeti. My guy prefers this particular style and won’t go anywhere without it. And these are available at most any local outdoor store, hardware store or gift shop!
So there you have it – short and sweet but I think there’s something on this list for every guy. What are you doing for your dad or spouse this year???
